IPEGS Implementation 2009-2010
After 3 years of
being a pilot, and with modifications from the Joint Committee that have
stream-lined the process, IPEGS in it’s new version will be implemented
district-wide during the 2009-2010 school year. Extensive professional
development will be available for any interested employees who wish to
participate over the summer, but all schools will have on-site PD
beginning in August. This school-based PD will be provided by a “team of
IPEGS experts”, 2 of whom will be classroom teachers elected by
instructional staff at that work site and 2 of whom will be
